Why Yoga?

Yoga is a pathway to a stiller mind; guidance towards a more settled psyche. It brings us to a space where we can choose rather than react. It was designed to guide individuals towards Enlightenment and oneness (or union, as the word yoga is often translated), but its domain has greatly expanded over the millennia.

A wonderful side effect is that it helps us be better friends, partners, family members, neighbors, citizens, and residents of Earth.
